Our own in-house teams carry out every treatment we recommend, from tanking and timber repairs to drainage, ventilation, re-plastering and exterior protection. That means one accountable company from the first survey through to the final guarantee, with nothing subcontracted out to strangers.

If a mortgage valuation or building survey has flagged damp or timber concerns, our In-Depth Survey gives you a specialist diagnosis and a fully priced remedial plan in writing. You can use it to renegotiate the asking price, budget accurately, and plan works to line up with completion. Many of our clients book us in before they exchange, and we can often schedule the works to begin as soon as the keys are yours.
It is genuinely complimentary and completely no obligation. You keep the full written report and itemised plan whether or not you instruct a single item of work. There is no catch and no pressure, it simply lets us show the standard we work to.
A thorough inspection of the external walls, internal rooms, the subfloor and the roof where accessible, with professional moisture readings, salt and timber analysis, and annotated photographs of every significant finding. We also pull in property data such as EPC rating, flood risk zone, construction age and listed or conservation status.
