Priced in stages, so the essential work is never the thing that waits
Damp work rarely arrives at a convenient moment. We itemise every specification, separate what protects the building from what makes it pretty, and stage payment against completed work.

No obligation, no sales visit. Your details are used only to arrange the survey.
Four things that make a damp quotation manageable
None of this is a finance product. It is simply how a specification should be written when the person paying for it has a budget.
Itemised before you commit
Every specification is broken down by area and by element, so you can see the cost of each part of the job rather than a single figure at the bottom of a page.
Split into essential and optional
Works that protect the building come first. Cosmetic making-good, decoration and non-urgent areas are listed separately so they can wait if the budget needs them to.
Phased by priority
Where a full programme is not affordable now, we will sequence it — treat the cause this year, address the secondary areas next. We will tell you honestly what can safely wait.
Staged payments against progress
Payments are tied to completed stages of work rather than requested up front, and the final balance falls due on handover with your guarantee certificate.

Answered plainly

We do not sell a credit product on this website. If borrowing is the right route for you, that is a decision to take with a regulated lender or your mortgage provider — we will provide the written specification and costs they will ask for. Call 01202 287503 to discuss how we can stage the works instead.
For most domestic jobs a deposit is taken to schedule the works and order materials, with the balance staged against progress. The exact schedule is stated on your specification before you sign anything.
Often, yes. The important question is whether delay allows the damage to progress — active rot or a live water ingress path should not wait, whereas cosmetic reinstatement usually can.
Escape-of-water and storm damage are frequently insured events, and our reports are written to be submitted to insurers. For tenanted property, responsibility for fabric defects normally sits with the landlord.
The specification price is fixed. Variations only arise where opening up reveals something that could not be seen at survey, and those are quoted and agreed before the work proceeds.
